Welcome to Candied Craze! By using our website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Candied Craze operates the website https://www.candiedcraze.store/ and provides candy products, packages, and candy cart services.

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to enter into these agreements.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Online orders for candy products must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Candy cart or package bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.

  • Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card only.

  • Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of the order or booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Online Orders:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after 24 hours are non-refundable.

Candy Cart / Package Bookings:

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: full deposit refunded.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded.

  • Cancellations 6 days or less before the event: deposit is non-refundable.

  • Candied Craze reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff illness).

4. Product & Service Information

  • Candied Craze strives for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and service details, but we cannot guarantee exact matches.

  • The client is responsible for reviewing order details and providing correct information.

  • All bookings include the agreed-upon package contents, including main items, ganache flavors, toppings, and hours.

  • Add-ons or customizations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Allergies & Food Safety

  • Clients must inform Candied Craze of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 7 days prior to an event or order.

  • Candied Craze is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

  • All ingredients used in our products will be listed in the product description or provided to clients upon request for reference.

  • All products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.

6. Event & Booking Policies

  • Clients must provide accurate event date, time, and location.

  • Candied Craze will arrive 30 minutes before the start time for setup.

  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment and supervising children near the candy cart.

  • Candied Craze is not liable for property damage during setup, service, or breakdown.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Online orders are shipped using standard carriers. Candied Craze is not responsible for delays due to the carrier.

  • Shipping charges, delivery dates, and tracking information will be provided at checkout.

  • All shipping addresses must be accurate and complete; Candied Craze is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Candied Craze.

  • No content may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Photography & Promotion

  • Candied Craze reserves the right to photograph or video events or products for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested not to.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Candied Craze is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, products, or services.

  • Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

11. Force Majeure

  • Candied Craze is not liable for events outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or emergencies.

  • In such cases, we will offer rescheduling, refunds, or alternative solutions when possible.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.

  • Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate court within this jurisdiction.

13. Agreement Acceptance

  • By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book services.
